AUSTRALIA

  • Autism Connect – a free, national Autism helpline, providing independent and expert information over phone, email and webchat.

  • Reframing Autism – courses and resources for Autistic people and their families and allies, that are produced and designed by Autistic people.

  • ICAN Network — Autistic-led services and mentoring for young people.

  • Minus18 — Resources help and guidance for Australia's LGBTQIA+ youth.

  • Transcend Australia — a national organisation supporting trans, gender divers and non-binary children and their families and carers.

  • Black Rainbow — Australia's leading Indigenous suicide prevention and mental health support source for LGBTQIA+ people.

  • Qlife — Australia-wide anonymous and free LGBTQIA+ peer support for people wanting to talk about sexuality, identity, gender, bodies, feelings or relationships. Call 1800 184 527 or webchat 3pm-12am AEST.

  • LGBTIQ+ Health Australia — The national peak health organisation in Australia for organisations and individuals that provide health-related programs, services and research focused on LGBTQIA+ people and communities.

  • Trans Pride Australia — Social and support group for trans and gender diverse people and their loved ones.

  • Australian GLBTIQ Multicultural Council — a national body that advocates for the rights of multicultural and multifaith LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities.

  • Headspace — Australia-wide online, phone and in-person support and counselling to young people, their families and friends. Call 1800 650 890 (9am-1am).

  • ReachOut — ReachOut.com helps under 25s with everyday questions through to tough times.

  • InsideOut — Resources help and guidance for New Zealand's LGBTQIA+ youth.

  • Gender Minorities Aotearoa — support for transgender people in NZ, run by and for transgender people, including binary and non-binary, intersex, and irawhiti takatāpui.

  • Transgenderchildren.nz — a website made for and by parents, whānau and caregivers of trans and gender diverse children in Aotearoa.

  • RainbowYOUTH — support, information, resources and advocacy for Aotearoa’s queer, gender diverse, takatāpui and intersex youth.

  • TAKATĀPUI.NZ — a resource hub for takatāpui, their whānau and communities.
